Devonshire Place Residents' Association

Five new cherry trees for the orchard - read more on the news pageWelcome to the Devonshire Place Residents' Association (DPRA), dedicated to improving the quality of life for all residents.

Our Objectives

  • To improve the quality of life in the area
  • To encourage cooperation amongst residents
  • To maintain the present residential character of the area
  • To enhance the environment
  • To improve security for residents
  • To cooperate with other residents associations

The DPRA is open to and for all residents, irrespective of their gender, race, politics, religion or other opinions.

In September 2011 local St James councillors agreed to award the DPRA a community grant of £300. This generous sum enabled the Devonshire Place Residents Association to be set up and funded its first year of activity, for which members are very grateful.
